At FLŌ, we offer a return policy of 30 to 90 days, depending on the product, which means you have between 30 and 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged Items and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

In case of receiving damaged products, please contact us quickly and send us a video so that we can find a solution to the problem.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund has been approved. If your request is accepted, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require some time to process and display the refund.
